Unified dielectric silicone sleeve manufactured from a very specific food grade silicone rubber compound, providing excellent electrical, thermal and chemical resistance, making it ideally suited to the harsh environment that is the Corona treatment process. Our sleeve are chemically stable with excellent dielectric heat and chemical resistance, formulated for maximum resistance to ozone and corona discharge. sleeve do not break or crack under unusual web tension. They provide Good Electrically Insulation & Ozone Corona discharge resistance. They are suitable for continuous operation at 180º C & can be operated at higher temperature without loss of any mechanical & dielectric properties.
